For this specific assignment, I was given the task by my internship at Mindgruve to create a logo for their new sister company of Honeymoon Wishes, Honeymoon Adventures. The main goal of this was to create the logo design, but I delved further in and designed the website to what I envisioned it to be. The main purpose of this site is to bring up ideas and excursions in which newlyweds can use to book for a cool adventure.

Process

For the process of this project given to me, I was to take a day to research and come up with a few approaches to creating the logo. I created an inspiration deck and went from there. After my inspiration deck, I sketched over fifty logo designs and went through and refined them throughout photoshop and spent hours playing with different fonts and shapes. For the website, I researched many landing page layouts, specifically landing pages focused on nature and adventure. Afterwards, I sketched out a wireframe of the website and once layout was solidified, I explored the imagery and color.
